As I’m sure you’ve already noticed, the web pages of Jose Carillo’s English Forum now have a new, more streamlined look. We have physically redesigned the site such that all of the contents of a particular web page can now be viewed in full in that page. And for ease of navigation, we have done away with the second scroll bar of the previous web page design; the viewer can now navigate each page more easily with just the scroll bar at the right hand of the page.
There’s actually more than just meets the eye in our new website design. Internally, we have made the contents of the Forum more easily searchable by Google and other web browsers. Their search engines will now be much more likely to find particular topics or subjects discussed inside the Forum and provide links to them.
The redesign of the website is still ongoing so we ask for your understanding should you encounter some kinks while navigating the site. We hope to complete the redesign by tomorrow, August 16, by which time we should have already smoothened out any rough edges in its execution.
We are confident that you’ll find our new website design more to your liking than the previous one.
