Looking for gift ideas for young people this Christmas?

Two new books by Palanca Awards Hall of Famer Ed Maranan, The Secret of the Cave & Other  Stories for Young Readers (artwork by his niece Dorothea Ysabel Maranan) and The Google Song & Other Rhymes for Our Times (artwork by Shan Maurice Jose), were launched by Anvil Publishing last November 26 at National Book Store Robinson’s Ortigas in Quezon City.

These two titles by Ed Maranan, a Forum member, were launched along with several other new Anvil Publishing titles for children and young adults. The authors and artists were on hand to autograph their books, which were sold at a special discount during the launch.

The works of Ed Maranan never fails to impress me. He deserves to be called as one of the best in Philippine Literature.  ;)
