The language of globalization

Or should I have spelled it as
globali
s
ation
?
But I am a Filipina, trained in American English. The country I'm currently in, though, prefers British English. What should I do now?

Spell it "globalization" when writing for publication in countries that use American English, then spell it "globalisation" for publication in Great Britain and in countries that belong to the British Commonwealth or that use British English.

Use the spelling you're comfortable with.

The answer is simple. Where people use the American English, spell it as globalization and where people use the British English spell it as globalisation.
