Vote for young Filipino environmental advocates Paul Garilao and Alfonso Orioste, Jr. in their bid to make their "Raise Your Voice" campaign video qualify for the CNN/Youtube debates this coming December 15. I voted for Efren.  He won yesterday!  Such an inspiring story.  He is the true modern day hero of the Philippines.
