I would say the sentence is acceptable in the form it is. For example suppose if a girl asks you whether you would mind to watch a Korean movie. Then perhaps this "Rarely do I get disappointed with A Korean MOVIE" could be your answer. And then you may proceed further to explain. In fact, THESE ARE the ones I love watching the most.". So for me this sentence is acceptable.
