I would like to share a very provocative Twitter discussion thread that I got myself into regarding a November 3, 2018 tweet by Dabawenya Rants about an infographic, "Rankings of ASEAN Nations in IQ," showing Filipinos going lowest at No. 10 in Intelligence Quotient (IQ).
