Wikipedia is a quick, handy reference, but don’t ever make the mistake of citing it as an authority for legal matters. The Philippine solicitor general’s office had used a passage from Wikipedia to support an appeal to reverse a court decision nullifying a couple’s 19-year marriage—but the Court of Appeals threw out the appeal for using an online source that “makes no guarantee of validity” of information.
