Hi Carillo, I have a problem with the correct suffix to use with the term OK. I alway use "by" for instance I always say " it is oK by me", but some people always say " It is Ok with me". So which is correct suffix

"It is OK with me" is more commonly used, but "It is OK by me" is an idiomatically acceptable variant, especially among corporate types and government bureaucrats with approving authority. Choose whichever makes you feel more comfortable using.
