Should I make a grammatical case on the headline of this [http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/africa/malis-coup-leaders-agree-to-step-down-to-gain-help-against-rebels-7626988.html]news story[/http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/africa/malis-coup-leaders-agree-to-step-down-to-gain-help-against-rebels-7626988.html]? TheFreeDictionary.com said the words step and down should be hyphenated in between and could only function as an adjective.
