Is it illogical or nonsensical to say "Leopards are inborn hunters"?

No, it's not illogical or nonsensical to say "Leopards are inborn hunters." What that sentence means to say is that the hunting instinct of a leopard is genetically inherited from its parents, not acquired after birth. In other words, it’s innate to the leopard as a species.
