For everyone looking for guidance and inspiration on how to write well, check out Readings in Language for an introductory essay on Roger Rosenblatt’s book Unless it Moves the Human Heart: The Craft and Art of Writing. You’ll also find there a link to a heartwarming excerpt from the book, “An Inspirational Letter to My Students,” where Rosenblatt says that “for your writing to be great, it must be useful to the world” first and foremost.
Go read “Teaching writers to write better than they’ve ever written before” now! (http://josecarilloforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=1335.0)
