SBMA Chairman and Administrator Roberto V Garcia is Subic's energizer but he ain't no bunny
"One would get the impression that he is a snub, a very serious and strict guy because of his tough exterior look..."
I noticed the writer used the word "snub" instead of "snob" (noun) in describing Mr Garcia. I'd have thought this was clearly the wrong word to describe him. Mr Garcia has not and will not snub anyone for this interview, let alone behave like a snob when being interviewed.
