That’s right, maxsims, and I'm glad you brought the matter to my attention. However, lest you think that some quid pro quo is behind my unwillingness to critique what you say is the flawed English of the TMTC’s ad, I must hasten to add that I haven’t had the opportunity to look over the TMTC website at all. My webmaster simply placed the ad in the Forum website and that was it. When you raised the grammar issue against the ad, in fact, it never even dawned on me that there was a clickable website linked to that ad, and that you were referring to that particular website. You’ll understand, of course, that in the advertising business, it’s well-established practice that unless an ad placement is seditious, pornographic, or against public policy or morals, the advertising medium doesn’t hold itself responsible for the quality or grammar correctness of its language. ;D
