Which is the right spelling?

I was confused about judgement and judgment. Which one is correct?

Either spelling is acceptable. "Judgment"--without the "e" after "g"--is predominant in American English.

Let me say that "judgement" is British spelling while "judgment" is American. When it comes to spelling, Americans tend to find a shortcut.
