Can anyone transform the problematic prose below into a plain and simple English?  ;) :) :D

In research currently land use database land classification examination methods proposed based on Application height anomaly examination methods to check land use database to category correctness. First of all, the height anomaly on the principles and methods of inspection, and then the basis of this principle to design a small program to check, and check the results of the analysis procedure. Finally, put forward to several suggestions with examination of abnormal elevation in the practical application
