arguably, the posting misuses 'continuously' as in improving English. i think 'continually' is what is indicated. continuous, tho this is not 100% absolute, means u r doing nothing else. 'continually' improving english would imply that one improves it when it's relevant. one continuously drives carefully. one continually keeps in mind the need to improve grammar.
