Fellows if you want to learn English then you do not need to worry about. There are numerous ways to learn English. First of all the best way to learn is the use of internet. The online forums and friends will be helpful if you share your problem with them. Use Skype, talk freely with your friends so that you may get able to use he words accurately. Get a grammar book but learn it with out any teacher. If you think these were useful then feel free to share your thoughts.

Indeed. Debate is not worthy in such case but that does not mean that you just sit silently. Debates helps to convey your massage to the general public so that they could know about the hurdles regarding the development of the country. Also the right person in the right sector maters a lot so that they will be able to do what they suppose to so that the concept of merit can be develop.

Well according to me what you should do if you are doing good in English then you should go for it as if you done the masters in English then there are good chances of employment in education sector. If you are looking for entering in the business world that degree will also be helpful in there. For me you are doing it alright.

Indeed. I agree with that. The Right people is very important to be in any field that one can think. When it comes to the higher education  then situation becomes more critical. There are number of person with good qualification and skill so that when there is no recognition about the right skills and education then these brains will get ruined and they will prefer the countries as every one thinks of good future and better life.
