If you are working for a call center then it is very important for you to have accent same like english people. Most of the call centers preferred to those have have good English accent .

This is the most commonly problem in many people they know how to write in english but can speak in english . I think the basic reason of this problem is that people donot have practice how to speak in english .

You are 100% true because writing English is a different thing and speaking is different. most of the people feel shy while speaking in English or they do not have much practice of speaking in English. To speak English well you need to talk in English as much as you can and this is the only solution.

It is highly recommended for the agent to have the accent like the people where you are calling , if you want to succeed in the call center industry. People will only rely if you show yourself like the native people . So it is necessary for the agent to have accent which look like real .
