Yes listing to english speaking people is ok, but me it does not help a lot. I have to speak with english pople a lot that I come back to a better english. Listening helps me to understand it a little better...

Absolutely right, I've been living in Australia for 3 years and I only listen English conversation. So, a lot of improvement.
