Please share us about these intonation contours or patterns. I have been looking for some references already, and yet I found them sometimes confusing. Thank you.

I'm sorry to say that not being a linguist nor an English speech expert, I'm not knowledgeable enough to discuss the subject of intonation contours. Let me refer you to Chapter 14 of
Janet Pierrehumbert and Julia Hirschberg's "The Meaning of Intonational Contours in the Interpretation of Discourse."
It provides a comprehensive introduction to the subject.
