Make Yourself a More Effective, Delightful Public Speaker!
« on: July 03, 2009, 10:31:21 PM »
Haven’t you wished you were a more effective and delightful public speaker?

If you haven’t, you must be one of those who’ve chosen to live like a Neanderthal in modern times—spending the day in total solitude, eating your meals alone, perhaps doing some peremptory reading and passively watching an hour or two of television, sleeping strictly according to your circadian rhythm, waking up the following morning with nary a plan for the day, then going through another day without communicating with anyone.

But if you’re the type who would rather seize each day by interacting with the world with enthusiasm, then pursue with zest a secret or publicly stated wish to make it better one word at a time, you certainly would welcome the opportunity to learn how to speak more convincingly whether to an audience of one or several thousands.

You may be thinking now that I’d urge you enroll in a speech improvement school, but no. Not yet anyway—not unless what I’m going to suggest doesn’t work for you. Today, do yourself the favor of viewing Scott Ginsberg’s 16 free videos on the web on public speaking. Ginsberg, a professional speaker with five books to his name, can help you become a better public speaker than most of your colleagues (unless they get to know about this ahead of you). He will teach you face-to-face how to make great speech openers, how to spice up your speeches with humor, and how to tell a story that can hold your audiences spellbound.

Take a look at Ginzberg’s exciting speech improvement syllabus on the “eHow Video Series on Public Speaking”:
