Are the expressions "more clearer" and "more cleaner" correct usage?

Absolutely not! The correct comparatives in those cases are simply "clearer" and "cleaner" without the "more." Of course, we can also say "more clear" and "more clean," but those are the only grammatically acceptable alternative forms of intensification in such cases.
