When do you say Sir that a piece of writing is creatively written?

A piece of writing is creatively written when it is original and produced through imaginative skill or artistry, not simply copied or directly or extensively adapted from an existing written work. It can either be literary fiction (short story, novel, play, or poetry) or nonfiction (feature story, biography, narrative history, or advertising copy and concept). What primarily distinguishes creative writing from other forms of literature is the use of literary devices and figurative language as opposed to unembellished storytelling, straightforward exposition, or objective reporting.
